Community Organizing Volunteer Training

Community organizing focuses on the most important tools at our disposal: our relationships and our ability to talk with one another about things that matter.

To gear up for the primary May 3, 2022, primary election, we're starting now and in communities across Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County. We're talking with voters to get them registered to vote and explain how they can claim their stake in this important historic election. 

This training is required if you are a first-time #StandwithHoward volunteer and highly recommended if you haven't volunteered in a while. 

You will learn the following in this training:

• Strategize digital methods to recruit new volunteers
• Evaluate ways to welcome volunteers to the campaign
